"Texted the number provided multiple times, emailed multiple times, and talked to Mohammed a few times. I told them I wanted to cancel the auto quote back since 1/2. No one contacted me back until 1/5 and then told me that they put the cancellation request through, fine great. A week passes by, the auto policy is still active on my account. Now I have two active policies under my account. Why is this cancellation taking so long? Every insurance provider I had before put in their cancellation right away. Never have I had to deal with something like this. Their office communication is terrible. Called State Farm customer service and they said nothing they can do about it and to talk to the agent, well I tried contacting them and then Mohammed says nothing they can do about it on their end since they submitted the cancellation request to underwriting and are just waiting. It takes over 2 weeks for a cancellation to go through? This is ridiculous. The other office that I am dealing with responds way faster and has better communication which is why I went to them instead of David Munsons office. Now I’m going to be charged twice because this office can’t even turn off my billing or do anything to help."
